I love the start of a new year. It’s a great time to refresh those habits including the habits that help our health. There are only a few small changes that we’ve made in the new year but over time these little changes add up to a lot. To support these healthy changes we wanted to share a few of our favorite products.
Decreasing carbs and increasing protein:
In the morning instead of going to toast or cereal which leaves us hungry after an hour. We start with either a protein powder smoothie or a bar with protein and some fruit. Some of our favorite products for breakfast are:
For snacks instead of eating chips or crackers, we eat protein chips with veggies or fruit. This is way more filling and powers us up for our next adventure.
2. Energy products that keep us going:
To support our healthy lifestyle we want the energy to be able to keep up with our kids be it homeschooling or playing floor hockey. These are our favorite energy products that keep us going throughout the day.
3. Supplements that help our health:
Supplements help fill in the gaps of our diet with different vitamins and phytonutrients our food might be lacking. Listen to your body and what it’s telling you it needs. If our joints are sore we take Joint Health Supplements or our Joint Health Twist Tubes. If our digestive system is off maybe it’s probiotics or fiber we need.
