When we were young, we could (for the most part) get away with bad eating habits. Now at 32 with children watching our example, we take our health a lot more seriously. We have found that a healthy lifestyle involves eating whole foods and moving our body daily.
When we have started to fall off of our good eating habits, we have used a variety of tools to track our eating to get us back on track. Every day we do something to stay active. It might be as simple as going for a walk. Or we might throw on a YouTube workout or dance video. We’re getting pretty good at hip hop! The kids are so good at staying active and they motivate us to get out the door and get some fresh air while keeping our bodies healthy and strong.
